Guide them about anything new in the market or anything from which they can claim more profit by spending less. Let them know that you care about them. Let them know that you are here to make there value much more than your competitors.
Increase the level of guidance to increase your reputation and sale of the product in response.
3. SELL THE OFFERS
Make as many offers as you can. Obviously by keeping your margin in mind. You might ask, why so?
You can take the example of Relience Fresh or Walmart. They always keep some or the other offer to attract the customers.
Why do you think people love to shop at these places. Beacuse their price is low and quality is high. They are persistent with the offers. Therefore, customers are also persistent to shop at these places.
You must have noticed that whenever you go for shopping, first offers that are avavilable to you are put in front of your eyes either by some kind of banner or an advertisement in front door of the shop.
The feeling of curiosity is created in mind of the customer. And, then finally, the product is purchased by him.
What is happening in this process is that, the shopkeepers are selling the offers because of which their product is sold.

To gain respect you need to give respect. It is as simple as it looks. But how can we give respect? First of all, you need to be a good listener.
By the way, god has given us one mouth and two ears. Ever wondered? Two ears are meant to hear more, than to speak.
By hearing more, you are making the other person open his or her feeling in front of you. Indirectly you are making him more comfortable and giving respect to his opinions which is actually showing that you are giving respect to the person in front.
And, when you are giving respect then definately the other person will also give you respect. It will help to increase the reputation of your company.

This increases the level of comfort zone and the customer will definitely want to come again and again to your place, no matter if the price of your product is more than the competitor.
2. BUY THE OPINIONS
By collecting positive opinions you can increase your knowledge. And, as life takes unpredictable turns, who knows that you might get something new to take your business to the next level.
If these all things are sold and bought, then only you'll be applicable to say that you have sold the product, not before it.
